Facebook is also creating revenue opportunities in another feature of their service. Social media is bringing this monetization facility for admins through groups. Admins can earn this income through new purchases, fundraising and subscription features. News Engadget.
Facebook has made this new announcement at the annual Communities Summit. This will help the group admins to manage and sustain the community they have created.
With the new changes, the group admin can earn money in three ways. The first two features are Community Shops and Fundraiser, of course, elsewhere on the platform. However, the third feature is completely new.
Third feature subscription facility admins can create new 'paid subgroup'. Admins will be able to create a smaller version of their group where members will have to pay a monthly subscription fee to participate. However, Facebook also has the opportunity to create a free subgroup.
Admins can earn money by coaching, networking, exclusive content sharing or by conducting paid seminars or workshops through paid subgroups.
